About

Bonjour! I'm Alyssa

Often told that she is wise beyond her years, this whimsical NE Ohioan is a mother of two, Valorie and Belle, and in love with her best friend Nick. When she isn't homeschooling Valorie on her pre-k, Alyssa enjoys strolling through the trails of the local Metro Parks or joyfully spending quality time with her loving family.

Meet the Family

Nick: A fellow Ohioan and is the one with French blood in him. He is my life partner in crime, the cream in my coffee, my main squeeze, the player 1 to my player 2. Nick is a hard worker in a local plastic straw factory and is the main breadwinner. When he isn't working he is usually hanging with the boys, play video games, throwing down a mean game of Magic: The Gathering, and telling some hilarious MST3K-esk commentary while watching movies with me.

Valorie McKinley (a.k.a. Hugabutt): My belated birthday gift in 2014. Wild, independent, and an imaginative little girl. She is the definition of "sweet and salty" down to the very last little grain of salt- or sugar depending on her mood. Her hobbies include exploring imagination land, riding her scooter, fighting Mommy and Daddy in lightsaber duels, playing Pokemon: TCG and singing silly songs.

Belle Rosalie (a.k.a. Princess): Can you tell that Val named her? Can you also tell that Belle is the whole family's favorite fairytale princess? My summer of 2017 baby is true to her name for she is beautiful, but is also quite the princess. Belle enjoys drooling, rolling over, blowing spit bubbles, babbling, and pooping her pantaloons- a lot.

About Notre Belle Foi

Established in October 2017. This blog was started to help spread the love around the world. Alyssa wanted a place that she could share her thoughts and activities with like-minded people and so she could spread the word of God through an online community prayer.
